CrackLock2K is a flexible, two component UV resistant highly elastomeric substance, smooth, light weight paste made of polymers. which cures to form a tough, flexible elastomeric membrane with excellent crack bridgeability, low water vapor permeability and superior Tensile & Elongation properties.

  • Shelf life & Storage

    • Shelf life is 2 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition. Store in a cool and dry place.

  • Method of Application

    • • Add the filler part in to liquid
    • Blend it thoroughly.
    • Apply a thick layer of the mixture to the specified areas.

  • Joint Design

    • • Joint size should not be higher than 15mm deep x 12mm wide
    • Hairline cracks should be cut neatly into more than 1mm wide
    • Should follow below guidelines for width/depth ratio, for better results
    • For width upto 8mm, cut a depth with ratio 1 to 2
    • For width from 8 – 12mm, cut a depth with ratio 0.50 to 1.0
