CXA-1500 is a Self curing agent modified Acrylic polymer Latex Powder that combine the performance benefits of liquid latex modifiers with the convenience, reliability and handling/storage advantages of one-component dry systems. They offer a variety of features and benefits for mineral- bound products, Including improved workability, Excellent adhesive strength on different and demanding.

  • Typical Uses
    • Floor Self Leveling.
    • Banwet CXA-1500 can be used in many different applications.
    • It improves the workability and other important mechanical properties like tensile-, compression- and flexural strength, as well as the transversal deformation.
    • Banwet CXA-1500 is especially recommended for drymix products containing low amount of latex powders.

  • Shelf life & Storage

    • Shelf life is 2 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition. Store in a cool and dry place.

  • Method of Application
    • Add upto1500 gram of Banwet CXA 1500 in to every 50 Kg of Cement.
    •  Properly mix dry cement and Banwet CXA 1500
    •  Add Water or Banwet’s any liquid bonding agent to the above mixture.
    • Slowly add the powder to the liquid and mix, using a low speed (300rpm) drill fitted with a suitable paddle. (Do not mix more material than can be used in one hour.)
    • Liquid to powder ratio : Depending on usage
  • Precautions

    • • Do not add Banwet CXA1500 directly to water.
