PUcoat is a single component UV resistant, highly elastomeric substance. A terrace waterproofing liquid membrane system with unique heavy duty. Its specially developed formula of high crack bridging property. It delivers high mechanical strength and 100% waterproofing capacity. The excellent UV resistance and temperature resistance helps to reduce the room temperature inside the building up to 3 degree celsius. A washable product with outstanding property of crack protection contributes a plaster free surface.

- Shelf life is 3 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Remove the dust, dirt, oil, grees, fungus etc. from the surface by using wire brush / Scrubbing.
- Strictly clean every edges and corners of the surface.
- Using a brush apply with Banwet’s any SBR Latex or Cementitious substance evenly on the cleaned surface. leave the surface to dry.
- When the primer dried, fill all the cracks above 1mm with Banwet’s any crack filling substance.
- Evenly apply a first coat of PUcoat on the primer with a brush.
- After drying the first coat apply a second coat and so on for 3 times.
- Special care should be taken to apply a forth or fifth coat on areas of expansion joints.
