PU Flex LM is a single component UV resistant, highly elastomeric substance. A terrace waterproofing liquid membrane system with unique heavy duty. Its specially developed formula of Excellent crack bridging property delivers high mechanical strength and 100% waterproofing capacity. The excellent UV resistance and temperature resistance helps to reduce the room temperature inside the building up to 8 degree* celsius. A washable product with outstanding property of crack protection contributes a plaster free surface.

Shelf life & Storage

Shelf life is 3 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Coverage

3 Coats of 15-20sqft. areas with 1 Litre PU Flex LM

Method of Application

Remove the dust, dirt, oil, grees, fungus etc. from the surface by using wire brush / Scrubbing.
Strictly clean every edges and corners of the surface.
Using a brush apply with Banwet’s any SBR Latex or Cementitious substance evenly on the cleaned surface. leave the surface to dry.
When the primer dried, fill all the cracks above 1mm with Banwet’s any crack filling substance.
Evenly apply a first coat of PU Flex LM on the primer with a brush.
After drying the first coat apply a second coat and so on for 3 times.
Special care should be taken to apply a forth or fifth coat on areas of expansion joints.
