S Sand

S-sand is a climate control plastering and screeding aggregate. This can be used for plastering interior & exterior walls and terrace of buildings. This is applied by mixing with cement for plastering. S-sand is developed with special formula of temperature resistance. Its special formula of insulation prevents heat from entering inside the building by instilling a cool atmosphere inside. It also protects from heavy winter by maintaining warmth inside building. It is also assured with double lifetime than ordinary sand. This eco friendly product is very much reliable offering crack free plastered surface with waterproofing protection.

  • Method of Application
    • PREPARING A PLASTER MIX FOR ROOF TOP:
    • If the surface is more damaged / appearance of more holes, patch the area with the mixture of ordinary sand and cement.
    • Mixing of plaster bind with cement and water in 1:2: 1.5 ratio  in loose consistency
    • Sprinkle the mixture to the surface for plastering
    • Mixing of S-sand with cement using water 3:1 ( 10kg (100 ltr.) S-sand + 50kg (33 Ltr.) OPC cement + 23 Ltr. to 29 Ltr.  of water) and apply to the surface for plastering in 24 mm thickness
    • Daily moist the surface with water for 14 days for better setting

     

    PREPARING A PLASTER MIX FOR EXTERNAL/INTERNAL WALL:
    • If the surface is more damaged / appearance of more holes, patch the area with the mixture of ordinary sand and cement.
    • Mixing of cement and water in loose consistency
    • Sprinkle the mixture to the surface for plastering
    • Mixing of S-sand with cement using water 3:1 ( 10kg (100 ltr.) S-sand + 50kg (33 Ltr.) OPC cement + 23 Ltr. to 29 Ltr.  of water) and apply to the surface for plastering in12 mm thickness
    • Daily moist the surface with water for 14 days for better setting
