Styren Flex 2K is a flexible & Elastomeric, two component Styren acrylic modified cementitious coating applied by brush, roller or trowel to waterproof and resurface concrete, masonry, and most other construction materials. When cured, a 2mm thick StyrenFlex2K membrane shall accommodate movements up to 0.1mm, or up to 1.5mm when reinforced with 45 gsm fiber mesh.

- Shelf life is 2 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Mixing ratio: 1 part of liquid (A) to 3 parts of powder(B).
- The surface should be free from all dust, foriegn particles
- loose materials or any deposits of contamination.
- The entire surface should be pre-weted with before application of Styren Flex 2K ensure that the sheen of water disappears before application of Styren Flex 2K.
- Styren Flex 2K is supplied in pre-meassured units and should be mixed on site utilizing clean containers.
- Slowly add the powder to the liquid and mix, using a low speed (300rpm) drill fitted with a suitable paddle. (Do not mix more material than can be used in one hour.)
- Using a short, stiff bristle brush or roller.
- Trowel application can be undertaken as necessary.
- 1.8 kg/m2 in to two coats to achieve 1 mm thickness
- 3.6 kg/m2 in to three coats to achieve 2 mm thickness
